Questions abound about the use of the new modular being reconstructed next to the outdoor classroom. The modular was temporarily stored next to the student parking lot for most of last year but last week, it was released next to the other existing modulars.
Mr. Eastman, the BJSHS principal, said it cost roughly $100,000 worth of COVID money which was given to the district by the government. There were rumors of the elementary school 6th graders moving up to the high school to stay in that specific modular.
Eastman stated the new modular will not be finished by the end of this year. There are still many unfinished projects left to be done, such as building a ramp, setting up fire alarms and buying new fire extinguishers.
